General conditions of QBAPARTMENTS
Minimum stay 2 nights
The studio apartment, ideal for two people, can accommodate families with two children in two more places on the sofa bed.
You will receive products to prepare self-service breakfast in your apartment. At an additional cost, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast.
Small pets can accompany our guests during their stay at a cost of 5 euros per day.
In order to protect any damage caused to the apartment and everything contained therein, upon check-in the guest will have to pay a security deposit of 300 euros, which can be paid in cash or by blocking the amount on the credit card.
The deposit will be returned in full, 5 days after the guest’s check-out date, only if the QBapartments verifies that no damages have been caused and that all the general and specific rules of the structure have been respected.
Otherwise the amount of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
If it is not enough to cover the fraud, QBapartments will ask the guest for the difference.
All the objects in your room are the exclusive property of QBapartments. To purchase them, contact the reception.
The apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival, until 12.00 on the day of departure; possibility of late check out based on availability.
To confirm and guarantee the reservation, it is required to send by email the details of a credit card (owner, number and expiry date).
It is possible to cancel the booked stay without incurring any penalty up to 15 days before arrival. For late cancellations or no shows the cost of the first night will be charged.
Some offers or rates, specifically reported, may provide for a non-refundable charge when booking the full amount of the stay.
